CCIM Kansas City is one of the most active and dynamic
CCIM chapters in the country, with a diverse network of approximately 250
professionals representing all sectors of the commercial real estate
industry—including brokers, appraisers, investors, architects, tax consultants,
city planners, roofers, and more.

offers. Whether you're pursuing the prestigious CCIM
Designation or simply looking to grow

If you’re on the path to becoming a CCIM
Designee, our Chapter offers all four core courses—CI 101, CI
102, CI 103, CI 104 and Negotiations—on a rotating two-year schedule. CI 101 or CI 102 can be your first class;
however, CI 101 is a prerequisite for CI 103 and CI 104. Please note: To receive discounts on CCIM
courses, you must be a member
of the CCIM Institute

Even if you’re not pursuing the designation, your CCIM
