CCIM Kansas City is excited to have Caleb Buland, AIA, founder of Exact Partners and Bob Mayer, Senior Partner/Incentives of Exact Partners as our May speakers.  Caleb is an architect, preservationist, and investor, who along with a team of architects and real estate professionals are revitalizing urban landscapes specializing in adaptive reuse and historic preservation.  Caleb will spotlight various local projects Exact Partners has transformed from underutilized space into sustainable development and design in urban cores.   As former Chair of the Kansas City TIF Commission, Bob works on abatement and exemption incentives.
