Course Description

CI 101 is a bedrock class for real estate practitioners at a time when risk mitigation, pricing, and cycle assurance have become critical to investors. CI 101 introduces the Cash Flow Model from The CCIM Institute, a tool for ensuring your investment decisions are based on wise finance fundamentals. During the course, you will learn how to use key financial concepts such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Cap Rate, Capital Accumulation, and the Annual Growth Rate of Capital to compare different types of commercial real estate investments.

To register, you will first need to log in or create an account. If you don’t have an account The CCIM Institute, select “Create Account” on the main menu before proceeding with your registration. 

To obtain CE credit, during course registration you must: 

-Purchase continuing education (CE) credit for each course that needs CE credit or you will not be able to access the CE certificate through your CCIM My Account.

Before the course starts:

-Complete your The CCIM Institute profile  with your CE license information under the Professional Licenses tab in My Account. Enter the license type, number, state, and expiration date.

If your real estate commission requires it, you must pass the course with the qualifying score.
